NOT TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL REPORTS

California Rules of Court, rule 8.1115(a), prohibits courts and parties from citing or relying on opinions not certified for publication or ordered published, except as specified by rule 8.1115(b). This opinion has not been certified for publication or ordered published for purposes of rule 8.1115. (Super. Ct. No. 2018000474)
(Ventura County)

Robert Samuel Adame pled no contest to one count of forcible lewd acts on a child (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (b)(1)) and one count of lewd acts on a child (§ 288, subd. (a)). He also admitted an allegation that he had substantial sexual contact with his victim (§ 1203.066, subd. (a)(8)). The trial court sentenced him to 10 years in state prison. It granted his motion to stay execution of the restitution fine it imposed. (See People v. Dueñas (2019) 30 Cal.App.5th 1157, 1169-1172.) He appeals from his sentencing.

All further statutory references are to the Penal Code.

We grant Adame's motion to augment the record on appeal with the minute order showing that the trial court granted his Dueñas motion. --------

We appointed counsel to represent Adame in this appeal. After counsel examined the record, he filed an opening brief that raises no arguable issues. On March 19, 2019, we advised Adame by mail that he had 30 days within which to submit any contentions or issues he wished us to consider. We have not received a response.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Adame's attorney fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
