People v. Abidekun

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Aug 10, 1992
185 A.D.2d 852 (N.Y. App. Div. 1992)

Opinion

August 10, 1992

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Queens County (Pitaro, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The sentence was not excessive (see, People v. Kazepis, 101 A.D.2d 816). We have considered the defendant's contentions in his supplemental pro se brief and find them to be without merit. Mangano, P.J., Bracken, Harwood, Rosenblatt and Ritter, JJ., concur.
