Petition for leave to appeal denied.
In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Lee, case No. 1–10–2592, 2012 WL 6951450 (09/18/12). The Appellate Court is directed to remand this matter to the circuit court with directions that the circuit court permit defendant to file a successive pro se petition for post-conviction relief alleging the ineffective assistance of trial counsel, at which point the circuit court may engage in first stage review. This court expresses no opinion regarding the ultimate merits of the claim or whether defendant can state the gist of a constitutional claim.
