PEOPLE State of Illinois, respondent, v. John BARNER, petitioner.


Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Barner, case No. 1–06–3738, 2011 WL 9531881 (02/25/11). The Appellate Court is instructed to reconsider its decision in light of this Court's opinion in People v. Leach, 2012 IL 111534, 366 Ill.Dec. 477, 980 N.E.2d 570, to determine if a different result is warranted.
