ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal and motion for appointment of counsel are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. The order signed on August 30, 2021 and entered on the register of actions on September 2, 2021, is not appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A); MCR 7.202(6)(b). Dismissal is without prejudice to to the filing of a delayed application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time barred.
