Orders unanimously reversed, without costs, and without prejudice to the institution of an independent habeas corpus proceeding or a petition to the Chancellor addressed to the Special Term for relief with respect to the custody of the children herein involved, upon the ground that the previous habeas corpus proceeding and separation action have been superseded by the Nevada divorce decree. Settle order on notice.
