Application for a writ of habeas corpus denied, on the grounds: (a) that it appears the petitioner is confined pursuant to the judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction; and (b) that the petition fails to comply with the provisions of section 1234 of the Civil Practice Act. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
