People ex Rel. Strong v. Hart

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Dec 1, 1914
166 App. Div. 907 (N.Y. App. Div. 1914)

Opinion

December, 1914.

Final order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Held, that the evidence supports the findings of the trial court as to the fair market value of the relator's land in one parcel as it is owned and occupied. The value of the separate lots into which the whole is capable of subdivision is not controlling or material further than it may affect the market value of the whole as one property. All concurred; Kruse, P.J., not sitting.
