Present — Martin, P.J., Untermyer, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.


After examining all the evidence and giving due weight to all factors relevant, we find that the order so far as appealed from, should be modified by reducing the assessments for the years in question as follows:

1941-42 $1,900,000 $370,000 $2,270,000 1942-43 1,900,000 360,000 2,260,000 1943-44 1,900,000 350,000 2,250,000 and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the relator-appellant. Settle order on notice.
