In a habeas corpus proceeding, after a hearing the writ is dismissed and relator is remanded to the custody of respondent, without prejudice to renewal of the application if relator be not brought to trial within a reasonable time. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Pette, JJ., concur.
