ELECTIONS, § 243contempt, judge interested. In contempt proceedings against election officials, trial judge who had been a candidate at the election involved was disqualified, and erred in not assigning the cause to another judge.

Appeal from County court of Cook county; Hon. EDMUND K. JARECKI, presiding.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded with directions. Heard in third division, first district, this court at February term, 1940.
