Appeal from Supreme Court.

Present — Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Schenck, JJ.


The only question involved is the constitutionality of section 1898-a of the Penal Law (Cons. Laws, ch. 40). Defendant was convicted in the County Court of Kings County of the crime of unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon. His conviction was affirmed by the Appellate Division ( 256 App. Div. 995); and by the Court of Appeals ( 281 N.Y. 581). Order unanimously affirmed, without costs.
