MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, § 412 — judgments, order in which paid. Statute and ordinance providing for payment of judgments entered against city of Chicago prior to 1935 out of the Judgment Tax Fund in the order in which they were obtained are valid, and mandamus would not lie to compel payment where judgments entered prior to plaintiff's would exhaust the money in such fund (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1939, ch. 24, § 697a; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 21.789).
