MEMORANDUM BY THE COURT. The County Court properly denied, without a hearing, the application for a writ of habeas corpus because of substantial deficiencies in the petition. We do not reach the other ground of its decision. Judgment affirmed, without costs. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur in memorandum by the court.
