Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute appeal as a poor person from an order dismissing his writ of habeas corpus; motion granted. The appeal will be heard on the original papers (including the typed minutes, if any) and on appellant's typewritten brief, which shall include a copy of the opinion, if any, of the court below. The appellant is directed to file six copies of his typewritten brief and to serve one copy on the District Attorney of Bronx County. Motion by appellant to place his appeal on the calendar, granted; appeal ordered on the calendar for October 11, 1961. Appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before October 2, 1961. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
