Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Van Voorhis, JJ.


Order unanimously modified by fixing the land values for all eight years herein involved at the assessed valuations, by fixing the building values for the first four years herein involved at the assessed valuations, and by fixing the building values for each of the last four years herein involved at $1,200,000 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
