In a habeas corpus proceeding, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered May 2, 1969, which dismissed the writ. Appeal dismissed as moot, without costs. Petitioner is no longer in respondent's custody. Brennan, Acting P.J., Hopkins, Benjamin, Martuscello and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
