Appeal from Supreme Court, New York County.
The appeal is from such order insofar as the same fails further to reduce the assessment to the sum of $1,600,000 as demanded by relator.
After considering all of the relevant evidence, we hold that the assessments for the tax year 1942-43 on the premises involved herein, should be further reduced as follows:
