Motion for an order vacating the dismissal of the appeal herein is granted upon condition that the appellants file a properly authenticated record on appeal and briefs with the clerk of this court and serve copies thereof on respondent's attorneys on or before July 1, 1955, and be ready for argument at the September, 1955, Term.
