BASTARDS, § 66 — necessity of retrial. In bastardy proceeding where trial court found defendant not guilty, held entire record showed that justice required a retrial of the cause.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded for a new trial. Heard in second division, first district, this court at June term, 1939.
