DEDICATION, § 76 — acknowledgment and recording of plat in accordance with statute operates as effectually as deed. In action to compel defendants to remove various equipment used in conducting secondhand automobile business from property alleged to be public parkway, where it appeared that plats were introduced showing dedication of street and acceptance by city, and court entertained some doubt as to dedication, held that acknowledgment and recording of plat in accordance with statute, showing streets and alleys therein, operate effectually as deed conveying title to streets find alleys to city.
