Appeal from Supreme Court, Clinton County.

Present — Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Schenck, JJ.


The sole question presented on this appeal is the validity of the judgment and sentence imposed on July 1, 1941. Such sentence was legal and the writ of habeas corpus was properly dismissed. The order appealed from should be affirmed. Order unanimously affirmed, without costs.
