Relator appeals from an order dismissing a writ of habeas corpus, which had been issued to test the sufficiency of an information, filed in the New York City Magistrate's Court, charging him with the crime of grand larceny. Order affirmed. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
