Judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 18, 1968, affirmed, without costs. Appellant has advanced no contentions which were not fully and adequately reviewed in his appeal from the judgment of conviction ( People v. Jiggetts, 23 A.D.2d 967). Brennan, Acting P.J., Rabin, Hopkins, Benjamin and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
