Summary
In Jenkins v. Kuhne, 57 Misc. (N.Y.) 30, Kuhne, who was in charge of police headquarters when a habeas corpus was served to produce Jenkins, and had the latter photographed before returning the prisoner, was punished for contempt of Court.
