May 16, 1947.
Present — Martin, P.J., Cohn, Callahan, Peck and Van Voorhis, JJ.
Order unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants, and the assessment of the Tax Commission of the City of New York reinstated and confirmed on the ground that the evidence supports the values fixed by the Tax Commission for the years involved, except the assessment on the building for the tax year 1945-46 which is fixed at $150,000. Settle order on notice.
