In a habeas corpus proceeding, petitioner appeals from a final order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 18, 1961 dismissing his writ and remanding him to custody. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Brennan and Rabin, JJ., concur.
