Motion for an order modifying the order of this court entered May 18, 1960 granted, the appellant having complied with the terms and conditions contained in the order to show cause, dated May 31, 1960. Respondent's points are to be served and filed on or before June 14, 1960 and the appeal is to be argued or submitted on June 16, 1960.
