Motion for an extension of time within which to prosecute appeal granted and time extended to the March 1960 Term of this court. Motion to prosecute appeal as a poor person granted and the appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and five typewritten copies of the brief. Motion in all other respects denied.
