Motion for leave to amend the petition granted. The amended petition to be served upon the respondent within ten days, and the respondent allowed to amend its return within twenty days thereafter. The relator to print the amendment and the return, as amended, and pay thirty dollars costs, and a reargument is ordered. All concurred.
