People ex Rel. Gregg v. Board of Supervisors

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Mar 1, 1921
196 App. Div. 903 (N.Y. App. Div. 1921)

Opinion

March, 1921.

We are of opinion that the finding of the board of supervisors that the charges were not made in good faith forecloses the right to the relief sought in this proceeding. The application is, therefore, denied, with costs. Mills, Rich, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concur; Jenks, P.J., not voting.
