Mandamus to compel payment to petitioner of a certain sum from the Firemen's Pension Fund. Writ issued.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Philip L. Sullivan, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.
