Opinion
June 27, 1950.
Present — Peck, P.J., Dore, Cohn, Callahan and Van Voorhis, JJ.
We think the court was justified in directing the appellant to give the name and address of his client or of the parties who have custody of relator's infant child and have purported to adopt the infant. When, and if the infant is brought before the court, the question of the best interests of the infant may be determined. Order unanimously affirmed.
