Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Mar 20, 1989
148 A.D.2d 649 (N.Y. App. Div. 1989)

Opinion

March 20, 1989

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Owen, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the petitioner's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application to withdraw as counsel is therefore granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Mollen, P.J., Bracken, Rubin and Sullivan, JJ., concur.
