SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION, § 142discharge of female tenure teacher because of marriage. Under statute, rule of board of education against employing married women as teachers was valid, and discharge of female tenure teacher because of her marriage, which marriage allegedly was concealed from board of education, was not invalid (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 122, par. 136c; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 123.161 (1).

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOHN PRYSTALSKI, Judge, presiding.
