In a certiorari proceeding to review an assessment for tax purposes, the taxing officials of the city of White Plains appeal from two orders, the first of which reduces the assessment of the relator's property; and the second of which resettles the first as to costs. Resettled order dated January 19, 1942, unanimously affirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements. Appeal from original order, dated December 1, 1941, dismissed, without costs. No opinion.
