Application for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel denied, without costs, upon the ground appellant has received a sanity hearing in Supreme Court, Clinton County. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Greenblott and Cooke, JJ., concur.
