On November 1, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the Decision states that there is an overpayment paid on April 5, 2021, for which a claim for refund could have been filed on September 21, 2020.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed November 1, 2021, and Settlement Stipulation, filed November 1, 2021, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
