DECISION + ORDER ON MOTION
The following e-filed documents, listed by NYSCEF document number (Motion 001) 2 were read on this motion to/for JUDGMENT - SUMMARY IN LIEU OF COMPLAINT. Upon the foregoing documents, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union's motion for summary judgment in lieu of complaint pursuant to CPLR § 3213 is granted as unopposed. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Aris Cab Corp., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,030.71, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Dreaming Yellow Taxi Inc., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,030.98, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against George & Haroula Taxi Inc., Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,030.90, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Golden Wheels Cab Corp., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,675,137.07, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.81 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $14.38 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $10.25 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Grand Yellow Taxi Ltd., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,667,614.12, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Helen & Vito Transit, Inc., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,030.52, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Panama Yellow Taxi Inc., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,040.98, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Rocky Road Cab Corp., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,030.90, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Rolling Thunder Cab Corp., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,030.91, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Sheffield Taxi Corp., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,667,614.12, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Terrific Taxi Corp., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,668,697.70, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk. The plaintiff shall have execution thereof; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as successor by merger to Progressive Credit Union and against Yellow Line Taxi Inc., L.I.C. Taxi Management Inc., and George Apostolopoulos, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,673,030.98, plus (i) interest per diem of $42.75 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (ii) interest per diem of $19.59 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, (iii) interest per diem of $4.95 from August 27, 2020 to the date of entry of judgment, plus costs and disbursements as allocated by the Clerk.
