This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 25, 2023. Respondent's motion was called for hearing in Jacksonville, Florida, on December 5, 2023, during the trial session of the Court that started in that city on the day before. Counsel for respondent appeared and advised the Court of the status of the case. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners.

Premises considered, and for cause set for more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
