The order under review which transfers venue in this cause is reversed and the cause is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings. This disposition is compelled, in our view, by the following authorities: Sheffield Steel Products, Inc. v. Powell Bros., 385 So.2d 161 (Fla. 5th DCA 1980); Davis v. Dempsey, 343 So.2d 950, 952 (Fla. 3d DCA 1977); Velez v. Mell D. Leonard Associates, 338 So.2d 896 (Fla. 2d DCA 1976).

Reversed and remanded.
