SHONA S. PENDSE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent
ORDER
Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.
On January 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, to which respondent filed a supplement on May 24, 2024. By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered May 28, 2024, the Court granted respondent's motion, as supplemented, and dismissed this case for lack of jurisdiction. Subsequently, also on May 28, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration of Order, which the Court denied by Order served May 29, 2024.
On July 22, 2024, petitioner then electronically filed a series of seven documents, including, inter alia, a Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition. To the extent petitioner's filings contain a request that the Court reconsider previous orders, such request is denied. To the extent that petitioner seeks to file a Notice of Appeal to the Court of Appeals, petitioner must do so by filing a proper Form 17.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's documents filed July 22, 2024, at Docket Index Nos. 23 through 29 are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record, and this case remains closed.
