On January 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, to which respondent filed a supplement on May 24, 2024. By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered May 28, 2024, the Court granted respondent's motion, as supplemented, and dismissed this case for lack of jurisdiction. Subsequently, also on May 28, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration of Order, which the Court denied by Order served May 29, 2024.
On June 26, 2024, petitioner electronically filed two documents titled Motion to Amend Order. To the extent petitioner's filings contain a request that the Court reconsider previous orders, such request is denied.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's documents titled Motion to Amend Order, filed June 26, 2024, at Docket Index Nos. 20 and 21 are stricken from the Court's record and this case remains closed.
