Before the Court is appellate counsel Nanette Hendrickson's fourth motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. Counsel requests a fifteen-day extension. Counsel states she "is currently reviewing the record and will be writing the brief very soon." We GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before JANUARY 2, 2025. If appellant's brief is not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with rule of appellate procedure 38.8. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2).
