Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on November 12, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard H. Holtzberg, Esq., dated May 31, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 23, 2016,is hereby amended by deleting the date June 3, 2016, and inserting in its place the date July 13, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 23, 2016,is hereby amended by deleting the date June 20, 2016, and inserting in its place the date July 28, 2016.
