ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On February 14, 2022, petitioner's counsel filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Therein, counsel provide a current address for petitioner that varies slightly from the address listed for him in the Petition. In view of the foregoing, and to establish certainty as to petitioner's current mailing address before granting the Motion, the Court will direct petitioner's counsel to file a supplement to their Motion and attach thereto a Notice of Change of Address for petitioner.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 8, 2022, counsel for petitioner shall file a supplement to the above-referenced Motion and shall attach thereto a Notice of Change of Address for petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 10, Notice of Change of Address. 1
