ORDER


Based upon the Stipulation of the parties, and good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby Ordered as follows:

1. The parties are hereby granted an extension of time to May 29, 2003 to file a joint proposal addressing the issues identified in paragraph 8 of the Court's Order of April 8, 2003.

2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties shall submit their individual proposals by May 29, 2003.
