ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's July 24, 2020 unopposed motion to abate appeal pending mediation. The parties have a scheduled mediation session on September 3, 2020 with mediator Chris Nolland. We GRANT the motion. We ORDER the parties to file with the Court a status report within five days after the mediation session.
We ABATE the appeal. The appeal will be reinstated in forty-five days or when the parties inform the Court of the status of the mediation, whichever occurs sooner.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Nolland and all parties.
