Appellant's brief was originally due December 14, 2023. We granted appellant's first motion for extension of time, extending the deadline for filing the brief to January 16, 2024. On January 16, 2024, appellant filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time to file the brief until February 12, 2024, for a total extension of 60 days, and we granted appellant's motion.

On February 12, 2024, appellant filed a third motion for extension of time requesting an additional 14 days to file the brief, for a total extension of 74 days. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant to file his brief by February 26, 2024. No further requests for extension of time will be considered absent extraordinary circumstances.
