The reporter's record was originally due July 28, 2023. We granted the court reporter's first two requests for an extension of time and ordered her to file the record by September 27, 2023. On September 26, 2023, the court reporter filed a third notification of late record, requesting an additional 30 days to file the record. After consideration, we GRANT the request and ORDER the court reporter to file the record by October 27, 2023. Further requests for extension of time will be disfavored.
